Labor Management Relations

Greenebaum’s Labor Management Relations team focuses on the area of “traditional” labor relations involving the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and union-related activities. We assist clients throughout the United States in the areas of union avoidance, labor contract negotiation, grievance arbitration, strike management and NLRB and court litigation.

Our attorneys work closely with employers throughout the election process, to enhance the odds of victory while ensuring compliance with applicable laws. We assist employers in negotiating labor contracts; our services in this area range from rendering advice to taking the lead in negotiations. We also represent employers in unfair labor practice proceedings before the NLRB and, when appropriate, the federal courts.

Greenebaum’s Labor Management Relations Team can also assist employers confronted with recognitional picketers or strikers. Management training seminars are provided to enable supervisors to handle thorny union-related issues.
