Richard S. Cleary

Rich is a Member in the Louisville office and Chairman of the Labor and Employment Group.  He represents employers exclusively. Rich's practice includes collective bargaining, the litigation of labor claims before the courts, the National Labor Relations Board and arbitral forums, the defense of employment and wage/hour actions, and counseling concerning the labor and employment law implications of corporate restructuring.
