CINCINNATI: Greenebaum Doll & McDonald PLLC is pleased to announce that Christopher A. Deabler has joined the firm as an Associate, effective immediately.
Mr. Deabler joins the firm’s Cincinnati office as a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group. He has broad experience in corporate practice, primarily mergers and acquisitions, distressed asset and restructuring transactions, corporate and secured finance, private securities offerings and corporate governance. He has represented private equity firms, venture capital funds, investment advisers, financial institutions, emerging companies, joint ventures, energy and financial service providers, health care non-profits, high net worth individuals, boards of directors, executive officers and company principals. Mr. Deabler received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Tampa, his Master’s degree from Texas A&M University and his J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law.
